But he is still someone who politicized intelligence by publicly reporting unverified Russian intelligence about the Clinton campaign, which is so clearly disinformation that it beggars belief that he chose to release it. The facts of Russian support of Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign were exhaustively reported in a multi-volume report of the Senate Intelligence Committee. A Senate Intelligence Committee which was chaired and led by Republicans. Robert Mueller’s report also found evidence of the Trump campaign’s coordination with Russian, through Paul Manafort and Roger Stone certainly had contacts. So, not as bad as the attorney general nominee, inviting Elon Musk into government, or many other horrible choices, but still not encouraging.
From the moment he was declared the winner, many of the sane people knew this was gonna be a circus. To say that it has exceeded my expectations is an understatement. This is by turns comical and terrifying. America and the world are literally hanging in the balance. If anything this only amplifies my anger at those who foisted this shitshow on us all.
